How to file a takedown notice
Send a written notice — by email — to [email protected]. To comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), your notice must contain all of the following information. Notices missing required information cannot be processed.
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner — or a person authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed (e.g. the title of the manhwa, ISBN, official URL).
- A description of the material that is claimed to be infringing — and the exact URL on honeytoon.fun where it appears (one URL per disputed item).
- Your full legal name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner — or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-notification
If you believe content was removed in error or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). Include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed and the URL where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your full name, address, phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal district court.
Repeat infringers
Honeytoon has a policy of permanently disabling — and where appropriate terminating — accounts and uploaders that we identify as repeat infringers in accordance with the DMCA.
False claims
Submitting a false DMCA notice may expose the sender to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). Please make sure you are the rights holder, or authorized to act on their behalf, before submitting.
